Placed over a pond or japanese style dry river bed, our garden bridges will add a graceful touch to your garden and provide a lovely place for meditation and contemplation. Our garden bridges are constructed from the highest grade treated pine and assembled with galvanized fasteners to assure low maintenance.
Arc, arch, foot, ornamental, landscape, wood, oriental, Asian, Japanese and garden bridges are just a few of the descriptive names given to a small bowed bridge, an ancient design that has been used across the ages for foot traffic and decoration.
We offer two distinct bridge styles "Standard" and "Hi-Rise". Each style is available in four different handrail configurations for a total of eight unique bridges. All of our bridges are available in eight different lengths from 6 to 20 feet.
Garden Bridge...a structure carrying a pathway or roadway over a depression or obstacle. Rail heights above walking surface are the same for all bridge lengths:
Low Rail = 12" (Rails for decoration only)
High Rail = 20" (Rails to protect a child)
Double Rail = 35" (Rails an adult can use)

Specs & Options
We offer two distinct bridge styles "Standard" and "High Rise". Each style is available in four different handrail configurations for a total of eight unique bridges. All of our bridges are available in six different lengths from 6 to 20 feet.
Constructed from the highest grade pressure treated pine, our bridges resist insects and decay. All of our bridges are computer designed and mechanically jig cut to assure perfectly symmetrical curves. The holes are all pre-drilled, aligned and counter bored for a superb fit with no bolt protrusions. All the hardware is galvanized to prevent corrosion and countersunk or finished flush where exposed. Garden bridge components are cut from solid wood, we use no composites, laminates, or built-up sections. All exposed corners are rounded over to provide a decorative, smooth edge at the handrails and posts.
Most garden bridges are built with double back stringers to assure a stable and strong bridge walkway. Our bridge standards are 35 inches wide at the walking surface and 42 inches wide overall with posts. All our bridges are available in an extra wide version that increases the width by 9 inches.
